It was very difficult and is a long workout. I have since moved on to p90x3 and now doing t25 which I enjoy not to mention it doesn't take an hour plus to finish since working all day then working out for an hour+ sucks.

Just remember do it to your level not what the people on the screen are doing.

I've watched a few videos and will probably give it a go soon. I'm not interested in losing weight but rather building muscle (I'm a tall/thin person) so unsure if it's the right workout for me.

I was looking at them and tried a few videos out. I almost died. I wouldn't recommend these for people that are a lot overweight. It's more of a workout for people that are a little overweight that are needing those slimming and muscle building workouts.
