If you're not overclocking, an unlocked CPU is pointless and the stock CPU cooler will be fine. You don't even need the 8 thread Xeon if you're jut gaming, an i5-4460 would be more than fine. 16GB RAM is also unnecessary.


just wondering, im still kinda knew to the world of pc building but why did you choose the xeon over an i5? whats the difference/advantage

OP wanted an i7. An i5-4460 is going to perform just as well as an E3-1231 V3 in gaming, but the Xeon is an 8 thread CPU, like the i7, where the i5 is a 4 thread CPU. The HT offered with the Xeon will be a slight benefit in games like BF4 or Crysis but it won't be significant. Other than that, the Xeon is going to be beneficial in productivity related tasks and what not.
