I Im pretty decided on which I like more but what is your opinion, before or after?
My car is a 2001 Camaro Z28 and its all black with chrome rims so it's not red like the picture

Def gives it a nice accent and stands out. If the rims are chrome then I'd say leave it.

I agree with Whip, the chrome will accent your rims nicely.

I also think the chrome looks a lot nicer and will match the rims.
