You can go on modded servers and have heaps of fun on there. to get on there are plenty tutorials on here but other than that really the only thing you can do on the actually servers is sandbox attacking but its not worth the trouble.

Recently, they added PVP functionality to the servers.
Mine has it, have not been able to find any people willing to try it out though.
Also still takes ages to max out everything, even with gems.

It's honestly boring, you have unlimited everything and it would take more than an hour to max everything, and then what? It's not as fun as you'd think.

Also no, your CoC account will be fine, from memory all you need to do is close the game and reopen and it's back to normal. That, or you need to delete the file you edited. The videos you find explaining how to do the servers will explain it all.

If you have cydia, you can temporarily mod the gems, but it's not permanant, as if you close and open it again the game's lost.

Just look up Clash of Gem on Google. Then do what it says to do on iFile I tried this one recently and it worked for a max gems server. Kinda fun because you could attack all goblin bases but they were extremely hard.
