I'm wanting to upgrade my computer. I'm planning on adding like maybe 6gb or 8gb of ram, a geforce gt 730 2gb 128 bit (my pc doesn't run up to a pcie 3,0 unfortunately) and possibly (most likely not) a 500gb hard drive. I want cheap as possible, efficient, preferably an atx psu, and gonna do me good. If posssible, below $60.

Would be useful to know what you're running. Download Speccy and post a screenshot. Also going to be useful to know what case you have. Don't buy a GT730, waste of money. It's quite likely that adding RAM won't be any benefit either.
