i have 2 characters one of them is lvl 1 he can connect to online i have another one 193 that one cant connect to a lobby and if it does its only me was i banned or something or is gta messing up pls let me know will rep+

If you were banned it would say something, must be something wrong with your connection. Wait a few hours and try it again it'll work.

If you try disconnecting your xbl/psn account from rockstar social club it will help you get online r. I did it when I couldn't connect to gta online, good luck
