Yes, everything you need to build will come with either the Case, PSU or motherboard.

If I end up not building my own computer and I have raised my budget to $900-$1000 what company or person should I look up to? Just incase I make last minute decisions, thanks!

You probably shouldnt.
They are all the same really.
They all rip you off
They all put the most unbalanced builds together
Most put terrible hardware in your PC

Alright so I've changed my mind a bit. Need it $525 or less. It needs to be able to video edit/render at a good pace (good meaning render 3 minute videos at the most half an hour). Also play Minecraft for like 10 minutes a day. I have plans to make time for building it, but it'll be a process and won't be done in a week. Thanks guys! USD: $$$

i would try to allocate yourself for at least a gtx 750 card. the step up in performance from the 40 to 50 in that series is kind of noticeable (at least it was to me)

The spamming is annoying. Stick to one thread, stop asking about pre-builts, then asking for a build and changing your mind several times. That is a terrible rig. GT 740 isn't even worth the purchase. PSU and motherboard are pretty poor.

Entry level card. Add another 4GB RAM and an SSD when you have more money.
