i have found the gas station meat the sewers meat and the burger towns meat. i cannot find the atlas commands meat I've looked in all the possible spots i know of can some one please tell me the spots it may be in please.

I found it on top of a container but I couldn't find the burger town one where did you find it if you don't mind me asking.
