But some viruses arent picked up on windows defender.....especially if you have a cracked windows version....the DEV will disable it bc you cant activate a key that is cracked on legal windows

That is what anti-viruses do...
A good free anti-virus which I use is Avast and for an ad blocker just get the ad block extension on Google Chrome.
