Current PC Specs - (Built and using this PC as we speak).

AMD FX 8350 - Running at stock 4.0GHz
2GB GTX 660 TI TOP Edition - Running at factory over-clocked
    1TB HDD
    16GB RAM
    Y8LMT-USB3 Mobo
    Corsair H80i watercooling
    Corsair Spec 03 PC Case
    Corsair CX 750w semi-modular PSU
    Asus Xonar Sound card
Aero Cool F6XT Fan controller, hooked onto 4 fans.

4 independent Case fans in total (not including h80i dual fans)
2 front intakes, one intake on the bottom to help airflow and lastly one on the very top. I couldn't fit another fan on the top since the radiator for the h80i got in the way.

Current temperatures:

CPU Idle: 13-20c dependent on room temperature.
CPU Load: Never gone above 35c, even running prime95 stress test.

GPU Idle: 25-30c
GPU Load: 60-70c

I have to work on my GPU temperatures. The sound card is covering half of 1/2 of my GPU fans, since I have an micro atx board, I may upgrade mobo soon so it gives my components a bit of space. The fans are good enough to sustain lower temps.

How Long did It take me:

Now I'll be honest, it did take me roughly 5 hours to do this build but I made sure the cable management was as best as I could do to my ability. Having a semi-modular PSU made this a lot easier but also the case didn't help since it's not got the most space behind the mobo. Also I was reading a few posts on here for the tips etc, since I wanted this to work the first time around.

Future upgrades:

I am going to be getting a SSD very soon, not a massive one. Probably 120gb, so I can just stick my OS and a few files on there so everything runs a lot smoother OS sided.

Also on a side note, I will be upgrading my GPU within the year. I only bought the 660 TI since it satisfies my needs at the moment. Once I'm working again, I might spend a bit more.

Along with the GPU, I'll get a better MOBO this time around, hopefully a full ATX so it's not so damn cramped on the slot space. I recycled the 78LMT-USB3 out of my old computer since it's fully functional and does what I need at the moment.

Would like to say a massive thank you to the people inside this area of TTG. I've made several posts within the last week or so of any problems I've encountered and for the vast majority, you guys found the solutions and tips I needed!

Not sure if you've benched or tested your hardware however, what's the 8350 like?

i've currently got the 4300 and thinking about moving to an 8350 very soon, how does it preform? if you've tested it, pretty nice setup though.

It'll most likely have little to no effect in most games but it'll be nice for multitasking.

yeah, my current game performance is fine. im thinking about editing, the 8 core could really improve render times?

Yeah it'll help.

I'd suggest getting the 8320 myself and overclocking it.
