I bought a new controller because other one broke,this new controller is just to hard to aim on any FPS game.Is there away to fix this its the right anolog stick that's the problem.

It's most likely you're not used to it. Whenever I buy a new controller, my aim goes off completely.

Just use it for about a week and you'll adapt to it.

Unless there's something completely wrong with the controller itself, like it moves on its own or has crazy dead zones.
In that case, return it or ask for a replacement.

Yeah I think I just to have to get used to it again so annoying tho.

Like Zesri said it's just getting used to it, give it a week or two and you'll be fine, in the mean-time find the center of your tv and run string from top to bottom, side to side, in the center of your tv, then just try and put people on that line
