The parent obv. has no idea what good parenting is. I think swearing is ok if its used in the right Moment tbh

im 15 and my mum has let me swear since i was 12. im not allowed to say words like c**t. i am also not allowed to swear at her. if my 9 year old sister does tho she gets told off.

personally i dont think its bad to swear at all unless in the wrong context

Depends how you swear. In casual conversation like: I can't believe that my favorite football team played like that, they played like shit, to me isn't bad. Now when your directing it at an elder, or family member.. thats when it becomes disrespectful.

To be honest I don't even think swearing is bad unless you use it against an elder or someone in authority. I only swear when I want someone to know that I really mean what I mean lol.

Personally, I don't think swearing is bad at all unless you're using it to insult someone (unless it's in a jokey manner of course).

I think the 2 main reasons are bad parenting and/or TV/YouTube. A lot of kids are watching YouTube now and since most people that post videos are older and more mature they do swear at things so it will be a bad influence on them.

But Like I said, I don't mind it at all, they are just words at the end of the day.

To be honest, I don't give 2 **** If a kid swear at his parents if you think about it's the parents fault because a kid just doesn't swear at there parents for no reason.
