I have AT&T and a netgear router and mine does the same.
You need to go to the AT&T website (or whatever internet you have) and login to your ISP from there and port forward.
It's really complicated.. I suggest watching a youtube video on it.

Hmm that is complicated, my router is TalkTalk and i have no idea why it is doing this because it was working fine around a 2 weeks ago...?
