I've been taking a couple of supplements that have creatine in them (PTF, C4, etc.) but I really want to know how much this is helping me. I'm still getting my protein and I'm bulking at a steady rate. But do I really need creatine?

It is a nice added extra if you get creatine monohydrate. I was on it and to be fair you do notice the difference if you take like 4/5 a day!
