cyberpower gives me a 1600 dpi mouse and gaming keyboard, not overclocking it yet, and im using this computer to game on.

Grab a cheap keyboard and mouse for now. Cyberpower definitely don't include a "gaming keyboard", they include crappy peripherals that are flashy and look "cool". You never mentioned whether or not you needed a monitor.

Im guessing ill have to put this together myself? this is my first time building a pc thats why i was buying off cyberpower so i could have it prebuilt. But thanks ill look into buying those parts for my build

Yah. Building a PC is not hard. Don't waste your money on shitty pre-builts. They use low end, low quality components to boost their profits. This often means poorly built cases with poor airflow, shit motherboards, shit PSUs, and low end GPUs. In this case, it has an APU with a low-end GPU. The GT 730 is unnecessary, it will just cancel the APU out.
