I've had this chat adapter for almost a year now and it's worked flawlessly until this day. I use the 2013 Astro A40s with it and have it plugged into the Xbox chat port in the MixAmp Pro. On the chat adapter itself, my mic would be recognized and I can talk in game chat but I can't hear voice chat. I tried turning up voice chat/volume all the way up by pressing the buttons on the chat adapter. They don't even make the beeping sound anymore when I press on them. Although I can still press the mute button on it and it'll mute my mic normally.. It seems like voice chat is not going through my chat adapter, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you update your controller? I know that you have to upgrade your controller since the stock firmware on the controller doesn't support the headset adapter.
