Sorry for the sorta gravedigging post, but from what i can see the website honestly looks really good for your first time. Me personally would try and center most of your text. I would put "Hello Rory and welcome to IRugby" in the center underneath your picture.
2nd page. I would put the volume button and the "Welcome to IRugby" underneath the video.
The 3rd page looks fine to me.
In all honesty i like it and it looks like you do have potential.
Remember! Alot of people pay alot of money for web designers and programmers! Its a good skill to learn so keep on grinding.
