Is there a website or forum for people that will trade weapons for cases through the steam trade because my first steam purchase is less then 30 days old so i can't use the market place and I want a new weapon

I will always suggest waiting it out. There are chances of getting scammed if skins or keys are bought from anywhere but Steam. They may be small depending on the site, but it's still there.
