Yo bro!
I have a jail broken device but mines on 8.1.2! The best tweaks that I have installed are.
Barrel!
Nice clean animations when you swipe threw your pages!
Alkaline!
Changes your battery logo to what ever you want for the Cydia store
Zeppelin!
Changes your network carrier to whatever you want that's on the cydia store (Download something called Zeppelin Pack 7 & 8, it's full of logos!
Showcase!
Shows if your in capital or lowercase font when you type!
That's all I can think of atm, If you want anymore then pm me
