Basically it wont start up, it just restarts and goes back into windows error mode

Will go into safe mode

Have not got a previous system restore date so cannot

Wont boot with last known successful boot

Checked the devices, none of them are interfering

The drivers dont have a flag either

Ran several anti -malware /virus software programmes and 0 threats.

What can i do?

I could re-install windows 7 but i cant backup my things as it does no work in safe mode

Any solution around this as well?
