I Would Go With The Top One.

The Core 15 Is Amazing, Along With The Geforce GTX 960 Is A Amazing Pair.

I Would Also Recommend the Zalman Z11 Case, Its Buetifull!

If You Want To Live-Stream, Game, And Have Many Tasks Open, Go With A 6 Core to Be On The Safe Side, But I think that the 4 Core will do.

Ew, no, neither. They're both a waste. The first is the better of the two, but both are a waste. Don't get the Zalman Z11, it's a poor quality case with minimal room for cable management.
