I first noticed this issue after installing Windows 10 Preview. Immediately reverted back to Windows 8.1 and just had the issue again. I've looked online but I cant seem to find anything useful. The black screen usually stays up for a few seconds and then goes back to normal. It's not my monitor because I have my Xbox hooked up to it and it never happens. Any help is greatly appreciated!
