Dont get an eclipse that is also a girl car and its even slower than a tC and they break down super easy. Go for the tC if anything unless you can get an older BMW or Audi.

Are audi's considered sports cars? It would kill me in insurance for a 17 year old and having a sports car..

Lol the 16 year old calling an automatic tC slow.
Tc's are slow period. Doesn't matter if automatic or manual.
Lol the 16 year old giving opinions yet drives a fusion.
Lol the 16 year old saying intake and tune.
Intake + tune will not really do anything realistically.
They're not fast/quick at all.
I had one when I was 16, so trust me, I would know lol.
All I did was get a trd body kit.
Painted wheels gloss black.
Lowered.
Tint.
Left it alone.
Not worth putting more money into it.

With gears just get whatever you prefer if the car is available in both transmissions. For the Audi, I'd say to get maybe an A3 as you have a variety of different engine sizes to choose from but if you want a salon then obviously an A5. I am guessing that Audi market the same cars in the US, they would be my choices in the UK.
All depends on insurance and everything, i know it is a lot cheaper in the US. But yeah, good luck.
