I am going into a random GTA online session but in every session i join there is just level 1s to level 10s there is no other level higher than level 10 or 11 exept for me does anybody know why im getting into sessions with such low levels?
If anyone knows put a message down below.

GTA has sooo many online connection issues. It could honestly be anything..
