how do people know the map off by heart with out even looking at it and know like every town and spawn locations for weapons stuff I struggle to even find items never mind knowing where I am

Generally by playing the game for a decent amount of time, I've played for around 1500 hours and I always know where I am when I spawn, its just something that comes with time...
