This method works and takes time but do it through amazon.ca but u need a canada address. U can get one at realtor.ca. U get ur code within a min and able to cancel straight away. I have got 10 codes for my friends

I think the code they give you doesn't matter for PS4 or Xbox One since you have to choose on the beta website which you've got.
