I'm on IOS 8.0 and want to completely remove the jailbreak while staying on IOS 8. (iPhone 6 plus).
I gotta take it to the apple store and don't want to update incase they just repair it on site instead of giving me a new phone.

Restore your phone to factory settings using your computer (itunes)
Be aware this will remove everything, all music, videos etc.

This is what you need to do. It will remove EVERYTHING though. So, be sure to back it up first!

I'm not an iPhone guy but what's so bad about upgrading from 8.0 to 8.3? I'm just curious.

He doesn't want to upgrade to iOS 8.3 because there is no jailbreak available for that iOS yet.
