Lenovo Y70 Touch is an amazing laptop, 300 frames on nearly any game, and great for anything else. Its around $1900.

If I were you, I would look into something along the lines of the Asus ROG Laptops, perticually, the G751, 1080P IPS Display, with support of 32GB of ram, a nice GPU, with a new I7, should suit your needs nicely. Honestly unless you have to have a laptop, a desktop, will always be a better bang for your buck, I would do some research, and find what type of laptop would suit you best, Hopefully I helped some.

Apple Mac book pro mid 2012 edition.
Specs are good, I use it for photoshop and that all the time no issues. Runs games like Minecraft at 100 fps easy. It's not gaming unit but it will play smaller games and run any apps you need for gfx perfectly fine. It is an older one, but I still love and use mine everyday. I've tried going back to windows but it is the minority to me now.
Go ahead downvote me for my opinion.

I'll be honest, I hate windows laptops. If you really want a laptop I would get a Mac. Seriously worth the investment.

If you want to get a good computer that runs windows I suggest building a desktop. Mine dual boots OSX Yosemite and Windows 7 Ultimate.

You didn't really specify what OS you wanted it to run... I guess if you wanted windows I would get a Lenovo. Just be really cautious with viruses and take good care of it. I haven't had a windows laptop last more than a year and a half yet:o
