I've updated this post because I'm trying to get rid of my gaming stuff as quick as possible because I wanna buy some sunglasses that are expensive.

I'm asking for $300 USD for EVERYTHING

-Xbox One (With all cables)
-Kinect
-Mic
-Day One Controller
-GTA 5
-Destiny
-Forza 5
-Battlefield 4
-Halo Master Chief Collection
-Advanced Warfare
-COD Ghosts

It's a good deal because a used Xbox w/ Kinect bundle at GameStop costs around $400-450
and an Xbox One WITOUT the Kinect is around $300-$320 and all those bundles from Gamestop DON"T include games either. This includes everything for only $300.
