Is it possible to download 1.1.9 update for Black Ops 2 for ps3 from a site? Ive tried searching for it and all i get is modded updates. If someone is able to download the update to a flash drive and send it to me on skype it would be much appreciated!!

Btw my internet provider is being a complete dummy and lowering everones bandwidth so im paying $50 for 20 and im only getting 3 right now so thats why i cant get bo2 update..
