Heys looking around and came across this and made some few adjustments, Already got a HDD. What will i be able to run and on what settings, also will i be able to run GTA on Lowish settings?

If i had that money thats the kind of build I'd be going with.

I'd try strech a bit and get a r9 285. Overclock the
R9 270, add another 4GB of ram when you can.

Why im only checking, whats it to you?. The person above ovbiouvly didnt mind and was willing help, there is no need to post a pc of that, i just want to make sure it perfect for my budget.

There you go not spamming anymore , Is the i3 4150 a haswell refresh chip, Ive done research but cant find if it is or not.

Yes, the 4150 is Haswell refresh. Officialy combaitle with H97 and Z97 chipset motherboards. H81, B85, H87, Q87 and Z87 chipset motherboards need to be updated to a more recent BIOS to be fully compatible with the 4150 since it's Haswell refresh.

Ah okay cheers man,should i just go with a i3 4130 as im on a tight budget then i dont need to spend 45+ on a mobo i can get a h81 board. is there any performance difference between them? the 4130-4150?
