I've checked online everywhere and can't seem to find a jaikbreak for 8.3 so is there one ? If not is there a way to downgrade I also checked for this and tried some things but they didn't work so does anybody have a link or anything for either the jailbreak or downgrade ?

there is no jailbreak for ios 8.1.3 YET

There is no way to downgrade since apple stopped signing earlier versions of IOS

I belive it needs to be skickied that you cannot jailbreak iOS 8.3 nor can you downgrade.

Also check the /Jailbreak Subreddit for news on that, it was literally created with Saurik
