Mine would have to be Sora and Shiro from No Game No Life, the way they work together so well is amazing.

there's so many tbh and I haven't even watched that much anime but I really love Tor and Julie, and of course Kirito and Asuna :p

If your talking about Shinmai Maou no Testament there is no Julie in the show...

Only Duo I know with a Julie is Tor and Julie from Absolute Duo.

Basara and Julie?

I mean they weren't really a "duo" but when they were working together they made shit happen.

Even know they were enemy's they were also a duo Light Yagami and L from Death Note or Asuna and Kirito.
