Steps:
1. Get into a marked vehicle preferably sedan or coupe.
2. drive until the blue meter hits the 'I' in capturing.
3. Once it hits the I press start and redeploy.
4. If done correctly, you will die and still earn cruising bonus XP.

Notes: You cannot respawn or get into a vehicle.
You can spawn at spawn, not any vehicles or the glitch will mess up.


I racked about 60k XP in 10 minutes of just sitting around at spawn.
