On my Flash Drive There is/was a switch to turn it on and off( The Write Protection that is) and now the switch is gone. I tried using DISKPART But it did not work. Any other suggestions would be great!

If the drive had a physical write protect switch that broke off you will need to resolder it back on or bridge the contacts on the drives PCB.

Well now i know what I'm doing all afternoon


Eh, its not really that difficult, you just need to bridge the points if you want it always on, or the harder option would be to get a new switch if you really want it to be able to switch off.
