Looks like a pretty solid build to me! I have heard people having issues with the samsung 840 evos though. Mine seem to run fine, but I have heard of speed falling off as time progresses. I also couldn't comment on the case because I have never heard of it , but everything else looks good

Not heard the best about the Z11 plus tbh, I would get an NZXT S340 over it if it were me.

Case, PSU and SSD are poor. Locked CPU on Z97 board? Z97 board is a waste since he won't be overclocking and it'd be better to save £25 and just get a 4460.
