I agree 100% with this, I mean some mods have postcounts of 300, it doesnt mean anything as long as you do the job well... i remember ranting on this myself. :O

I agree completely because most people think, ahh I better get 6000 posts to become mod, its not about posts or how long youve been on TTG, its what youve done to earn it, its liek getting a promotion in a job, its because of your hard work.

I completely agree. for example i help every 1 via aim or with downloads. never asked for anything in exchange. i only have 400 post. 1 -rep of 6 and it wasnt legit. mods already know about it. All the rest has been positive
