Technically, you don't need an upgrade. 650W will be enough for SLI 970s, as long as you're not running an FX-9590 or something ridiculous. However, the TX650 is CWT OEM, and fairly poor quality. It's better than no brand, cheap shit but it has almost entirely cheap, Chinese capacitors. If it were me, I'd be upgrading but you don't have to.

I can also vouch for the 750G2, it's a great unit.

Well I know I said I was waiting for my next paycheck, but I went ahead and ordered my other 970 and decided on the new PSU too. You convinced me to upgrade it Sanctyy
