My budget is $750 USD. I want a Computer That I can play on high settings (atleast). Mouse , etc, not included. I already have these. I just need a complete tower that I can build myself, I just need the parts

what do u mean? like what is a good one? i use a alienware x51 and it works great for everything!

Recommended Alienware. It's fine if you own alienware, but don't recommend it here please. This is the PC Building section first of all, but more than that, alienware are terrible.
