Well I loaded a custom game and I get 50k a kill is there a way where I can get the private match glitch and load the custom game

No, if there was it would have been found by now.

It used to be possible but it no longer is.

You cant the game will just set the settings back to defualt because it will think your playing in a normal online game. and you will get the normal amount of exp
