Well overall I think it was the biggest cliffhanger finale in all of the 10 seasons. My thought is Rowena has the mark now and is going to control the darkness, which we have no idea the power of it. Also I honestly can not guess what happens to Castiel and Crowley, Dean and Sam. Maybe they are all fine because God saves them or maybe Rowena becomes Queen of Hell and Dean, Sam, Crowley and Castiel are going to have to hide from her.
