ControlVille Roleplay

Hello all!

ControlVille is a semi-serious role playing world on the Xbox 360. For now, I will have the world up whenever people want to play.

The server is in the very early stages!!! There will be more things to come and many kinks worked out. The way I have it set up now is just a very early beta stage. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

Here are the basics of the server -

Everyone in the server has a job. You may only have one job at a time. If you are caught doing something that isn't part of your job, such as mining when you are a farmer or anything like that, it is illegal and the police have the right to take any action against you! The jobs are as follows -

Miner

Architect

Banker

Farmer

Bounty Hunter

Police Officer

Senator

President

There can only be one president at a time, and two senators at a time. The only way to replace them is to impeach them with a majority vote of the players. There are more jobs to come!

RULES

Firstly, just like Garry's Mod, this server uses the New Life Rule (NLR).

No griefing.
1st time breaking the rule - you are fined an amount fitting of the grief
2nd time - you are fined bigger this time, and banned for an amount of time dependent upon the grief (it could be a few hours, or a few days)
3rd time - Perm-Ban

No breaking NLR
1st time - you are warned
2nd - you are kicked
3rd - you are banned an amount of time dependent upon the severity

No being loud or annoying on purpose
1st & 2nd time - you are warned
3rd & 4th time - you are kicked
5th+ - Ban

No abusing glitches (such as an item duplication)
INSTANT PERM-BAN

All rules are subject to change, and the staff may kick you whenever they see fit (if they have a valid reason)

Default Roleplay Rules

No murder or raiding

No trespassing (the owner of the property must have a sign up saying so)

No making or using TNT

No making or using potions

No enchantments without a permit

No avoiding a jail order

It is illegal to do something that isn't a part of your job. THE ONLY JOB THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO IS THE ARCHITECT!! Everyone can build their own house. This job is mainly for advanced builders who want to make special houses for people for a price.

Permits can be bought from any member of the police department for 1 diamond, and may be revoked at any time. The police have the right to take any action against a crime (within reason). The PD can also make any additional laws at any time, but may not remove default laws. They may, however, modify them. An example would be - You cannot make or own TNT without a special permit
