Trying to use Xenon's offline files for GTA.
I've downloaded the files, but I have no clue what to do with them.

I downloaded these from YouTube and apparently from the read me file you set the xenon.xex as the third plugin? I haven't tried it yet because I dl'd them before work. But I'll try it when I get home.

Hv.bin on root of hdd

Run XeNoN.xex as plug in.then reboot console after you have saved it as a plug in
