Hey guys and gals I'm thinking of putting a zz572 Chevrolet motor in my 1972 Monte Carlo and wanted to know what your favorite engine would be and to see what input you have.

Why not just buy a new car? like a BMW M3 or M5... it would wipe the floor with any engine conversion car you'll make.

Considering that's not all that will be done to it and the motor itself puts out over 700 hp. And I prefer older cars because they (in my opinion) look and sound better

Okay, get an old Porsche 944 Turbo. Get an exhaust system and BHP isn't everything. That car may be pushing 700BHP but for how long, all you're doing is straining the engine.

Yeah, that's why you should just get an M5 with a good exhaust system and then you have looks + sound.

I don't know about you but a classic american car like that deserves a cummings engine and turbo!

I don't want a car that's kinda common. I want a car that I can take to a car show or whatever and have people think the car is a "beater" but when they get closer they se that the car is built like that. That's what I want

M5 is not common lol, i would much rather look at an M5 than a Monte Carlo...

M3 is more common but a M5 is basically a supercar.
