So since there are not a lot of people who have done how to's or videos showing how to wire LEDs or kits for them so I am here to show you how I did
Now i want to start off by saying that i did not use standard LED's i bought a kit off of Ebay, it cost me 30 dollars and was well worth it. As far as i know there is only one kind of kit available as of right now. If you are looking to purchase this kit its only $30 with free shipping and includes everything you will need to do this.
To find the kit on Ebay just type in "maxcolor custom dream xbox one"
Anyway now onto how i got it wired.
This is what it will look like. (I added my own Guide button color)

Mod Kit
How it is installed and all the solder points needed.
This is the 1st solder point on the back of the controller

In the picture below there are 2 rectangular pads or spots(This is what i had trouble with when installing it because the video made for it did not show clearly what you had to do, i contacted them asking what i needed to solder to and got no response so i winged it and got it correct) anyways there are 2 pads and you need to solder it to the top rectangle in the inner circle in the picture below, to do this you will need to scratch through the little rectangular pad and solder the wire to the bare copper.

How to adjust the thumbsticks color
1. Press the VIEW Button and the Right Bumper at the same time, this will cause the thumbsticks to start flashing letting you know you are ready to set the colors.
2. Press the Menu button to change the Right analog LED color and use Y to adjust the brightness of that LED thumbstick. Use View button to control the left analog sticks LED color and use A to adjust the brightness, when you are ready to set the color you can either press RB to set the color or wait for about 10-15 seconds to set the color. The settings save so you dont have to reset it each time you turn on the controller.
Here is also a video showing how to set them.
Thank you for taking the time to read all of this and if you have any questions or need anymore pictures of some of the solder points just ask me and i will do my best to deliver.

There is a video on Youtube on how to install it which was put up by the creators of the mod kit but it is hard to follow and is not very in depth, there is actually a solder point that was hard to follow and I had to contact the company just to get confirmation on where to solder it so I did not break my controller.
Here is the link to the youtube video incase you want to try and follow it yourself.
