because the dvd drive you are using isnt recognized by the jtag...

solution:

-flash the drive
OR
-Use 360 Flash tool to patch your dvd drive and flash to your jtag (EASIER)

Your jtag's drive is broke, maybe take it apart and clean the sensor , which that reads the games

It means that your JTAGs disc drive is not flashed, you have to FTP the games or download them to your HDD with xPort.

had the same exact problem the dvd key and the osig dont match so you have to flash it with the correct ones

i took another dvd drive and flashed a old banned kv to it and bam it works.
Before you do that try cleaning the dvd laser.
