Hello, quick question. Is this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] monitor similar to the benq gaming monitor [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Nope. The ROG Swift is 1440p and has G-Sync with a relatively better TN panel than the BenQ one (though still not on par with IPS). The BenQ is 1080p and doesn't have G-Sync.

I would get the Benq monitor if you were going to game of it but if your going to use it with a computer buy the ASus monitor

That makes no sense. The ROG Swift is going to be better for gaming - only on a PC of course, the monitor would be a waste on a console. Still, the BenQ would also be a crap choice when you could get [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which is much cheaper with a better panel.

Will one of these monitorsaddons work with my xbox one and xbox 360? And xbox one streaming in windows 10?
