Thats exactly what they told me mate, they will mislead you dont believe their bull****

If it's was a ban witch it isn't A they would have to tell you on live chat, B you would get an email.saying your banned and C you.would get a message when you go onto ultimate team Web app stating you need an origin acount or your account is locked. Where as us with the problem are greeted with a message telling us to refresh the browser because something went wrong

This is not a ban it's just a bug that's not the problem. The problem is how long there gonna take to fix it

Basically I just spoke to an ea advisor and he said to me that it's a glitch where the servers don't recognise your gamertag therefore the game doesn't sync, that's whys it's not working...also he said to me that the best thing to do is not go on Fifa,web app or companion app for 24 hours as it has worked for some people so imo that's what I would do and he also said to follow Eas Twitter because they may find a patch for this glitch and therefore you will no longer need to wait 24 hours. Hope this helped

Yh my thought exactly, can't be investigating people's acount because there are account which haven't bought coins and they have the same problem

Yh it helped but eas twitter is useless, also I have been on the chat a few times and been told about the spamming market so tbh it really could be anything
