Well the motherboard won't fit in the case, that psu isn't very good, and you have no SSD in a $1200 build.

Solid state hard drive, much faster than an HDD which relys on moving parts, SSD is all non moving.

Monitor isn't very good. Grab a 4460 instead of the 4590. 4590 is $20 more for no performance gain. Get your OS for free, it's easy enough and gives you an extra $115 for components or games.

It's about $180 cheaper with the exact same performance, and a nicer case. Spend the extra $5 for the black RAM kit if you wish. Use some of the money saved(or all) for an SSD.

Yeah, it will. mATX motherboard, ATX case.
RIP, I read it wrong, thought it was a matx case and atx mobo.
