The link is broken. What case and PSU are you getting? Whats your current build?

Same performance as 960, more VRAM, so better in games like GTA V, and it's £10 less
Otherwise;

out-performs 960 for only a little more. Just over £200 will get you an R9 290 though, a nice jump in performance.
If you've got £300 to spend;

290x will significantly out-perform GTX 960. Case is mATX so you'll need an mATX or smaller mobo. If you need an ATX case;

You could do this;

As long as an mATX case is going to be compatible with your mobo. You'll need to use a molex to 6-pin to power this GPU though.
